US President Joe Biden has prolonged the term of sanctions imposed on the Russian Federation due to the war for another year, Paralel.Az reports citing White House.

"Therefore, in accordance with section 202(d) of the National Emergencies Act (50 U.S.C. 1622(d)), I am continuing for 1 year the national emergency declared in Executive Order 13660," noted in the notice of the President Joe Biden to White House.
