EU unfrozen about two billion euros from its funds for Hungary

 

The EU has unblocked about 2 billion euros from its funds for Hungary, according to European Commission representative Stefan Keersmaeker, Paralel.Az reports citing Bloomberg.

"The European Commission unblocked the last tranche after Hungary fulfilled the so-called thematic conditions related to educational training and gender equality," the agency said in a statement. Szijjarto said where Hungary wants to send money instead of helping Ukraine

It is noted that we are talking about about 2 billion euros (2.2 billion US dollars).
