An international conference on the development of tourism in the Islamic world and a culinary festival on "Common cuisine of Islamic countries" will be organized in Azerbaijan's city of Shusha, this was reflected in the Action Plan regarding the city of Shusha being declared as the "Cultural capital of the Islamic world for 2024" approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Paralel.Az reports.

According to the Action Plan, the State Tourism Agency and Shusha City State Reserve Department must ensure the organization of an international conference on the development of tourism in the Islamic world and a culinary festival on "Common cuisine of Islamic countries" in Shusha within 2024.
