"There is certain progress in Azerbaijan's proposals regarding peace agreement," Armenian Minister of Foreign Affairs Ararat Mirzoyan said in a press conference held with his Greek counterpart Giorgos Gerapetritis, Paralel.Az reports citing Sputnik Armenia.

He also added that there are setbacks on some proposals.

"Yes, i would say that we see certain setbacks in terms of the content of certain articles of the text in Azerbaijan's proposals, and at the same time certain progress in a number of other areas," Mirzoyan stated.

The Minister called the Eurpean Union's monitoring mission operating on the Azerbaijan-Armenia border a factor of stability.
