Iran’s Foreign Minister paid visit to Armenia-UPDATED

 

Iran’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Hossein Amir-Abdollahian has paid a working visit to Armenia, Paralel.Az reports citing Armenpress.

The Iranian FM will have a meeting with his Armenian counterpart Ararat Mirzoyan.

The meeting will be followed by a joint press conference.

The minister of the Foreign Affairs of Iran Hossein Amir-Abdollahian has paid a visit to Armenia, Paralel.Az reports citing “Tasnim”.

Within the framework of the minister’s visit to Yerevan, the meetings with high-ranking officials of Armenia are planned.

The main interest during the talks will be directed to reviewing the ways of expanding the relations in the political, economic and cultural fields, as well as consultations on the important issues in the South Caucasus region within the context of the "3+3" format, which includes cooperation between Azerbaijan, Türkiye, Georgia, Iran, Russia and Armenia.
