In January-September 2023, the volume of direct investments from Azerbaijan to the Russian economy amounted to 33.3 million dollars, Central Bank of Azerbaijan released information, Paralel.Az-Economics reports.

The volume of this indicator has increased by 3.5 times or 23.8 million dollars compared to the corresponding period of last year. Thus, the volume of direct investments from Azerbaijan to the Russian economy in January-September 2022 was equal to 9.5 million dollars.

It should be noted that in January-September 2023, the volume of direct foreign investments from Azerbaijan to the foreign economy increased by 3.6 times compared to the corresponding period of last year and reached 2 billion 691 million dollars.
