"Türkiye is expanding its relations with Azerbaijan, which it has raised to the level of an alliance, in all fields," Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye Hakan Fidan said as he delivered a speech at the Grand National Assembly of Türkiye (GNAT), Paralel.Az's Türkiye correspondent reports.

He noted that his country is supporting the reconstruction and restoration of the territories of Azerbaijan liberated from occupation.
