"It is planned to build 5 neighborhoods in Aghdam city," said Emin Huseynov, special representative of the Azerbaijani President in the liberated territories (except Shusha) included in the Garabagh administrative region, Paralel.Az reports.

According to him, extensive design work is nearing completion in the main cultural-historical central part of Aghdam:

“Construction processes have already began. A Victory Museum and an Open Air Museum of Occupation, Mugham Center, hotels, internal road network, school and hospital and other infrastructure will be built and handed over by the end of 2026”.
