Armenian MFA: Withdrawing Russian military base is not on agenda

 

“Currently, withdrawing from the the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) and removal of the Russian military base from the territory of the state is not on Armenia's agenda," Mnatsakan Safaryan, the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia said, Paralel.Az reports citing Sputnik Armenia.

He said these as he commented on the member of the State Duma of Russia Konstantin Zatulin’s statements.

The Deputy Minister stressed that there are differences of opinion on some issues, despite the relations between Russia and Armenia continue in working conditions.
