“The Kremlin does not yet see any specificity in the idea of the United States creating an observation mission regarding Garabagh,” the Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said, Paralel.Az's Moscow correspondent reports.

"The international mission in Garabagh is possible only with the consent of Baku. We do not see specificity here, any mission can exist only with the consent of the Azerbaijani side. We will continue our relations with Yerevan and Baku, as well as the ethnic Armenians of Garabagh," said Peskov.

According to him, compared to the "verbal interventions" of the U.S., the Russian Federation is factually participating in the Garabagh settlement process.
