Moscow prosecutor Denis Popov believes that the city should introduce genetic registration of migrants.
The prosecutor said that most of the deported foreigners returned to Russia after changing their documents in their homeland. According to him, 800 such cases were detected last year alone. For this reason, the metropolitan prosecutor's office spoke in favor of the genetic registration of migrants. According to him, only the state of genetic registration can change.
Popov believes that genetic registration will help, among other things, to solve crimes, including those committed several years ago.
