The National Meteorological Center of Saudi Arabia recorded a sharp drop in temperature to minus 6 degrees in the northern region of Turaif.
It is reported by Sky News Arabia. According to the report, this is the lowest temperature in the country for the last 30 years. It is noted that night frosts in Turaifa were accompanied by heavy snowfall, and in other northern regions - light rain.
According to forecasts of meteorologists, abnormal cold in the north of the kingdom will continue until the end of this week.
