The chief of police of the Dzhambul region, General Zhanat Suleimenov, was found dead, according to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
According to IA "Interfax", information about the death of Suleimenov was confirmed by the akimat of the Taraz region. The agency writes that Suleimenov committed suicide. "Unfortunately, this is so. The reasons for what happened are being investigated," the mayor's office said.
