Azerbaijan-Georgia railway may be opened
Georgia continues negotiations with Azerbaijan on the resumption of passenger traffic by rail.
This was stated by the Director General of the Georgian Railway David Peradze in an interview with Forbes magazine. According to him, the exact date of the resumption of train traffic between Baku and Tbilisi will be announced later.
Note that the movement of passenger trains between the capitals of Georgia and Azerbaijan has been suspended since March 14, 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic.
