We, the Baku Legal, Humanitarian, Social, Public Association, grieve for those who died as a result of the escalation of protests that began on January 2, 2022, against the backdrop of rising prices for liquefied natural gas for cars in the Republic of Kazakhstan, express our deep condolences to our brothers, Kazakh Turkic peoples and pray God is about healing the wounded.

Also:
1. We call on the President of Kazakhstan Gasym-Zhomard Tokayev and the protesters to return to the dialogue table as soon as possible and continue the protests in a civilized manner, with discussions so that internal protests do not get out of control and cause more deaths!
2. We strongly condemn the President of Kazakhstan Gasym-Zhomard Tokayev for calling his people "bandits" and "terrorists" to justify the arrival of the armed forces of the CSTO member states!
3. We consider the introduction of the armed forces of the CSTO member states into the territory of Kazakhstan illegal, since it contradicts Article 4 of the CSTO Treaty, as well as Article 51 of the UN Charter, specified in the same article! Internal protests in Kazakhstan are not foreign interference that would threaten the sovereignty and territorial integrity of the state!
4. Internal protests should be regulated by the internal security structures of Kazakhstan!
5. We call on the "Organization of Turkic States" to adequately respond to the violation of international law in Kazakhstan, the illegal entry of the CSTO forces there!
