As Paralel.az reports, Canada, Sweden, the United Kingdom and Ukraine, which are investigating a Ukrainian plane that was shot down twice by SEPAH at Tehran airport two years ago, said in a joint statement on January 6 that negotiations with Tehran to clarify the issue had failed.
The signatories of the statement said they were already disappointed that their talks with Tehran on the issue could yield results.
