Cavusoglu noted that Turkey and Armenia will agree on the date of the meeting of the special representatives by phone.
“The first meeting of the representatives of the parties will take place in Moscow. We want to establish direct contacts before the first meeting. It is necessary to discuss what steps need to be taken to normalize relations, including bilateral visits. Armenia wants to work in this direction, ”Cavusoglu said.
