The ceremony of laying the first stone of the Khizi-Absheron wind farm with a capacity of 240 megawatts, which will be built in Azerbaijan by ACWA Power of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, took place today.
The ceremony was attended by President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev.
President Ilham Aliyev and Minister of Energy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman Al Saud spoke at the event.
