The head of the State Traffic Police Department of the Sabail region, Lieutenant Colonel Mehman Fataliev, was relieved of his post by order of the Minister of Internal Affairs, Colonel General Vilayat Eyvazov. Mehman Fataliev was fired for shortcomings.
