As Paralel.az reports referring to the Armenian media, on December 3-5, Speaker of the Armenian Parliament Alen Simonyan will visit Khankendi for the first time after 44 days of the war.
Let's hope that the Foreign Ministry or the Prosecutor's Office of Azerbaijan will prevent this illegal visit. Because every foreign state wishing to visit Khankendi must obtain permission from an official from Azerbaijan, otherwise it can come at his invitation.
