EU Special Representative for the South Caucasus and the Crisis in Georgia Toivo Klaar will visit Azerbaijan and Armenia together with French diplomats.
He said that after the meetings in Brussels in the coming days, within the framework of the joint visit of the EU-France with the French diplomat Isabelle Dumont and other colleagues, substantive meetings will be held with the leadership of Azerbaijan and Armenia.
