As Paralel.az reports, a telephone conversation between the Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Russia Ararat Mirzoyan and Sergey Lavrov took place. During the telephone conversation, the diplomats discussed the Karabakh issue.
The parties stressed the importance of the settlement of the conflict through peaceful negotiations within the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group.
