Culture and responsibility
In the past, ants paved the way, and people used this path to widen it and turn it into a road. Many of you have probably noticed that food-carrying ants move in an orderly and unhindered manner. It is a pity that today's conscientious people sometimes do not show the same responsibility and culture as ants. It is not good that people are fined in these difficult times, and we do not appreciate it. We think that there are many rules of conduct associated with coexistence that can only be regulated through public education. We can do this? I do not think so! Take, for example, a pandemic that threatens our health. The disease is rampant, but we have not been able to master the culture of wearing a mask for a year and a half, and we are still skeptical about the vaccine. The biggest blame in these matters lies with the state bodies responsible for persuading and educating people.
Our driving culture is as confusing as it is with a mask.
The road I take every day by bus is Sharifzaf Street. The government has done everything it can to widen the road, which is an eight-lane, two-way road. Before the road was widened, there would have been no traffic jams in this direction. Unfortunately, the situation has now changed. In the evening of January 20, the direction of the road from the place called "ATS" to "Gunesh Petrol" is overloaded. The reason is that some irresponsible and uncivilized drivers use two lanes of the road as parking. It is interesting that holding the second place is a violation of the rules, but for some reason the traffic police do not turn a blind eye to this. Commenting on the problem, lawyer Arshad Huseynov said that this is a clear violation of parking rules and a fine of 26 manats was imposed under Article 346.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
At the beginning of the article, we noted that we do not consider it acceptable to impose fines on people at a time when the financial situation is dire. But car owners also need to show responsibility and culture in matters of public interest.
