Distorted SMS-radars of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and STP
Today, August 26, at about 10 am Zeynalov Ilham Piri oglu, who was driving my car by proxy (currently I drive my own car), received an SMS-radar message: "I am going." From the photo and video materials provided by SMS-Radar, it is clear that the violator of traffic rules is not Mitsubishi-Airtrek with number 90 VE 867, but Niva with number 90 VE 667.
Although we wanted to inform the call service of the 102 Ministry of Internal Affairs about this, they did not accept the call and said that let the one who drove call.
There are interesting points here. Firstly, why is the fine collected not from the car owner, but from the person driving the car by power of attorney? Secondly, the complaint was filed by the car owner, what is the difference between a person driving a car by proxy?
The main thing is that the SMS radars of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the traffic police are VERY erroneous, and this affects innocent people.
It turns out that if we did not have access to the SMS radar, we would have to go and pay a fine. Then it is assumed that someone violates the traffic rules, the SMS-radar will see WRONG, and a citizen who has not violated any traffic rules will have to pay a fine. I wonder who is responsible for this? We are waiting for an answer to this question from the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the STP.
