Armenia is losing

Another section of the Gorus-Gapan road in the Syunik region of Armenia is closed, Paralel.az reports. The Ombudsman of Armenia Arman Tatoyan said that this is a highway from Gorus to the village of Vorotan: “This is an interstate road that ensures the normal movement of the civilian population of Armenia and is directly connected with the daily life of people. The Azerbaijani military violate the right of people to free movement.
According to Armenian media reports, the Shurnukh-Karmrakar section of the road has been closed since yesterday, which complicates communication with the southern regions of Armenia.
Unfortunately, the Armenian media noted that after the 44-day war, the border situation has changed not only in Karabakh, but also in some regions of Armenia: “The situation has changed in Gegharkunik, Vayots Dzor, Syunik. Some settlements in Syunik are now 100-500 meters from the border with Azerbaijan. On January 5, 11 houses were handed over to Azerbaijanis in the village of Shurnukh. On February 5, Armenian soldiers left the village of Nerkin-Khndzoresk, leaving them 15 hectares of land. In addition, about 10 houses were lost in the village of Vorotan.
