The rhetoric of Azerbaijan was everywhere and always the same, and there were systemic problems in Armenia.
As reported by the Armenian media, this was stated by the Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan, speaking about the results of the Karabakh war.
He said that while Azerbaijan showed the same position, Armenia expressed different views both inside the country and at the negotiating table: “The rhetoric of Azerbaijan has always been the same everywhere. We could not find an answer to one question: what will we do if we can find a convenient solution for us at the negotiating table? As a result, this systemic problem had a serious impact, ”Pashinyan said.
