The inner side of Pashkina's "humanistic" theses

Armenia does not want to open Zangezur corridor instead of Lachin corridor

Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan spoke today at a government meeting with a "humanistic" thesis, recalling that "the fox went on a pilgrimage." Some of them are important for maintaining stability in the region. But Pashinyan and his government are trying to interpret and understand these theses unilaterally.
For example, Pashinyan stated that he was ready to establish communications in the region and conduct constructive negotiations on Karabakh. In his words, the opening of communications means only Armenia's access to Iran and Russia through the territory of Azerbaijan. However, in turn, Pashinyan called the Zangezur corridor "a kind of corridor" and hinted that they had abandoned it. At the same time, he wants the status of Karabakh. While history has always dictated terms to the victor, Pashinyan, inspired by Russia's support, is trying to dictate terms to the defeated Supreme Commander.
“The government considers it important to resume the negotiation process within the framework of the OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs,” Pashinyan said. The fact is that the Azerbaijani side does not intend to “benefit” from the “bear service” of the Minsk Group. For the revival of the Minsk Group, the consent of both sides is required. If one of the two sides - Azerbaijan - does not want this, the Minsk Group has become history.
The Prime Minister also made a sly thesis about relations with neighbors: "It is important to build and develop relations with neighbors in order to establish peace and stability in the region." Note that Armenia has four neighbors - Turkey, Iran, Azerbaijan and Georgia. Neighborhood with Iran does not matter - after the restoration of the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, the border between Iran and Armenia along the Araz River consists of mountains surrounded by rocks. It is impossible to build any communication system in this area. Armenia has land claims against all three other neighbors. He considers Karabakh in Azerbaijan, Javakheti in Georgia, and the Dogubayazit and Igdir regions in Turkey. In such a situation, Armenia can talk about normal relations with its neighbors. The first step in normal relations may be the recognition of the territorial integrity of a neighboring state.
Referring to the demarcation of the border with Azerbaijan, the Prime Minister said that the process of demarcation and delimitation of the borders with Azerbaijan should begin in the near future. In fact, the Azerbaijani side wants this, but at every stage of the way, the Armenians want the Armenians to donate new settlements that they built in Azerbaijan just 20 years ago, which is unacceptable for the Azerbaijani state.
Pashkina's last thesis, which “adorns” Armenian websites, is a vivid example of Armenian arrogance: “The government is committed to ending hostilities with some neighbors. However, paragraph 10 of the November 10 statement reads: “All economic and transport links in the region are unblocked. Armenia provides transport links between the western regions of Azerbaijan and the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic. Transport control is carried out by the Border Service of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Federal Security Service. "This paragraph clearly states that Armenia must ensure communication between the main part of Azerbaijan and the Nakhchivan Autonomous Region. This connection is possible only through the Zangezur corridor.
