Paralel.az employees continued to monitor the work of ASAN service centers today. The windows of the ID-card section (passport desk section) in ASAN service centers No. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 6 stopped working due to a failure in the system since 4 pm yesterday. As of 10:00 today, work on the windows has not been fully resumed, only service for children under 15 has been restored.
According to the employees of the ASAN service center, there is a software problem in this part of the system throughout the country. In other words, this part of the system has collapsed.
“Therefore, section“ C ”of the ASAN service has not been working since yesterday. The programmers of the ASAN service continue to work on restoring the system, ”said an employee of the center.
