Pashinyan: "We have no plans to seize territories"
According to the Armenian report, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated that we are developing and modernizing the Armenian Armed Forces in order to protect them from possible aggression, and not for aggression.
“We have no intentions to seize territories, we intend to defend our sovereignty and territorial integrity. We have no aggressive intentions, ”Pashinyan said at a government meeting.
According to him, peace and stability in the region is a long-term strategy of Armenia: "We are ready to start an active dialogue on this agenda with the support of our partners on the international agenda, and if necessary, directly."
Today's statement by Pashkina contradicts the statement of the Armenian Prime Minister that "Karabakh is Armenia" and the statement of the former Defense Minister David Tonai that "we are thinking about the occupation of larger territories." Apparently, the 44-day Patriotic War taught the Armenians a lesson. If his intentions were sincere, it would be good for him, but no one believes that "the fox will go on a pilgrimage."
