Resident of Goychay: "The warranty card issued by him is a fake document"

Vagif Rakhmanov, a resident of Bigir village, Goychay region, spoke about the problem.

In his address, Vagif Rakhmanov said that on April 23 this year, a Canon PIXMA G2415 color printer named after Samir Azizov was purchased at the Kontakt Home store in Khirdalan and sent to the region: “At that time, the Goychay branch of the store was not opening. ... Equipment worth AZN 360 was fully paid. However, on June 5th, the printer crashed and was unable to print. In this regard, I turned to the Goychay branch of the store. From there they told me to send it to the service. We packed the printer and drew up the corresponding act. However, despite the fact that more than a month had passed, I was not informed. In response to my call on July 7, they said that information would be provided shortly. In the ensuing negotiations, they began to come up with various baseless excuses. In short, it is clear that the equipment was defective before the sale, but everyone wants to deliver to the consumer. Their warranty card is a fake document. As of today, there is no Service Inspection Act or any document from the service or from Kontakt Home. Because they don't know what to write there. The goal is to get the cost of the repair from the consumer. I still don't know where my printer is. They think they are strong, they trample on us, they trample on our rights. Otherwise, I would have received a normal response within two months. Will there be so much disrespect and irresponsibility towards a citizen ?! "
