Over the past day, the Emergency Situations Ministry's 112 hotline received three appeals regarding helplessness in the elevator in the Sabail, Khatai and Nizami districts of Baku. Relevant rescue forces of the Special Risk Rescue Service, which was immediately called to the scene, ensured the removal of 5 people, including 2 minors, from the elevator.
