This appeal was needed only by the United States itself to create in the world the image of a just and peaceful state ...
If the United States wanted a fair solution to the conflict, the OSCE Mines, which they also represent, would make progress in resolving the conflict within 30 years without equating aggressor with aggressor. As in the example above, the parent wisely advises both children, regardless of who is right and who is wrong, to be kind and not quarrel. Even a parent cannot do what he wants, because this approach does not restore justice. Therefore, we believe that the government of Azerbaijan should expose such false, loyal statements of major powers at the international level, for which there is no mechanism. At the same time, we, as a people and a state, must demand justice from the international community and bring them to their attention that these states are lying. How can you equate two countries of aggression and aggression, call them both "peaceful" using the same rhetoric? Of course not, the occupier must be ordered to withdraw from the occupied foreign lands, and once this is achieved, they can equally call for peace. In the current situation, if our victorious Army liberated the Azerbaijani lands, which the OSCE Minsk Group could not liberate for 30 days within 44 days, and Azerbaijan's sovereign rights in Upper Karabakh have not yet been fully restored, then how can Azerbaijan reconcile with Armenia? The Americans are well aware of this. However, in the past, they abused the conflict, imposed certain obligations on Armenia in their own interests and avoided recognizing the Armenians as aggressors. However, all three countries - the United States, France and Russia - have repeatedly used the Karabakh conflict in their own interests. For this reason, they cannot take a fair position in resolving the conflict, which is impossible. For this reason, no matter what they say, Azerbaijan should not allow the OSCE Minsk Group to be “driven out” again. This organization specifically defended the interests of the United States, Russia, France and Armenia, and recognized Azerbaijan as a victim of these interests. Therefore, the Azerbaijani government must do everything to make the OSCE Minsk Group go down in history. There is no difficult task here, it is necessary in principle to abandon the institution's mediation and begin bilateral negotiations.
