Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan expects from the meeting of Mnatsakanyan and Mammadyarov the execution of the assignment given to them by himself and the President of Azerbaijan. According to Novosti Armenia, Pashinyan said this in an interview with journalists.
'The assignment concerns the range of issues discussed by us in Vienna, the agenda discussions - to try to bring positions closer together,' he noted.
Pashinyan does not see anything strange in the fact that Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov is participating in the meeting: 'There is nothing strange. Russia is one of the three co-chair countries in the OSCE Minsk Group. This practice existed earlier. This could be a meeting under the auspices of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, France or the United States.'
