Baku and Yerevan are currently coordinating a date for a meeting between Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan on a Karabakh settlement, Foreign Minister Elmar Mammadyarov told Interfax-Azerbaijan.
According to the foreign minister, 'a meeting between the President of Azerbaijan and the Prime Minister of Armenia is being prepared. The co-chairs are working in this direction. The dates that will be announced later are being coordinated.'
Elmar Mammadyarov noted that a meeting of the foreign ministers of the two countries was also being prepared: 'This also goes together with the summit meeting.'
The minister did not rule out that a meeting with his Armenian colleague may precede the summit meeting: 'I don't want to talk in advance, I don't want to create a stir.'
