As part of the ongoing fight against corruption, three employees of the Jalilabad Employment Centre have been detained, regional correspondent of Azeri Daily reports.
Director of the centre Mehdi Abbasov, chief accountant Hafiz Mammadov and leading specialist Ziya Muradov are among those detained.
They are suspected of receiving a bribe in the amount of 1,500-2,000 manats from 60 people who applied for receiving domestic cattle. Livestock was supposed to be provided free of charge as part of a self-employment program.
Investigation into the facts of the case is ongoing.
