Police received an anonymous telephone call about a bomb planted aboard an Aeroflot flight en route from Moscow to the Siberian city of Irkutsk, a law enforcement source told TASS.
"Police received a bomb call when the aircraft was nearing Irkutsk. It was decided that it should land at the city airport and be inspected. After the landing, all passengers were quickly evacuated from the aircraft, no bomb was found," the source said.
According to the police source, there were 119 passengers and six crew members aboard the plane.
"A pre-investigation probe into the hoax bomb call has been launched," the source added.
