Helicopter goes missing in Russia with 22 on board, helicopter wreckage found
The wreckage of a helicopter that disappeared from radar on August 31 in Russia's Kamchatka region has been found, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Russian Federation stated, Paralel.Az reports.
According to the Ministry, the helicopter was involved in an accident.
Note that the Mi-8 helicopter, which had 22 people on board (three crew members and 19 passengers), disappeared from radar near the Vachkazhets volcano in Kamchatka.
