It has been revealed that the person injured in the car explosion in northern Moscow is not Andrey Torgashov, the Deputy Head of the Satellite Communications of the Russian General Staff Andrey Torgashov, Paralel.Az reports citing BAZA Telegram channel.
The injured individual shares the same name and surname with Andrey Torgashov. It was added that the injured Andrey Torgashov is also a military serviceman.
His wife was also in the vehicle as the incident occurred. Although A. Torgashov's condition is serious, the woman sustained only minor injuries to her face.
BAZA also notes that during the operational-investigative measures, the identity of the person suspected of causing the incident was identified through surveillance cameras.
