Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan Jeyhun Bayramov received the newly appointed Ambassador of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan to Azerbaijan Maksat Mamytkanov, MFA told Paralel.Az.

During the meeting, the Ambassador presented a copy of his credentials to Minister Jeyhun Bayramov. The Minister congratulated the ambassador on his appointment and wished him success in his tenure.

At the meeting, both sides exchanged views on various aspects of bilateral cooperation, including strengthening cooperation in political, economic, transportation, humanitarian, and cultural fields, as well as implementing joint projects.

It was noted that there are wide opportunities for cooperation within the framework of the 29th session of the Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP29) at the meeting.
