The remains of martyr Khalilov Ismayil Tofig , whose burial place and identity were determined after 32 years, were handed over to his family, Paralel.Az reports.

A farewell ceremony for the martyr was held today.

The remains of the martyr were buried in the cemetery in Mehdiabad settlement of Absheron region.

Relatives of the martyr, representatives of state institutions and public representatives took part in the funeral ceremony.

Noted that Ismayil Khalilov went missing in 1992 in the fighting in the direction of Aghdara during First Garabagh War.

It was discovered that he was buried as an unknown martyr in the Alley of Martyrs in Tartar and his identity was determined.
