Diplomatic sources stated that Hungary demands to include Azerbaijan in the discussed program in order to remove the block.

Radio Liberty notes that according to initial agreement documents regarding the allocation of 10 million euros aid from EPF to Armenia, this financial assistance is intended to establish a modular type field camp for a battalion, a medical aid clinic, as well as relevant services and facilities.

"The purpose of this support is to enhance the resilience and stability of the Armenian armed forces and thereby to assist better in protecting the civilian population during crises and emergencies", the document says.
