"We call on Armenia to hand over accurate mine maps to Azerbaijan," noted in the statement of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Türkiye on April 4 - International Day of Mine Awareness and Assistance in Mine Action, Paralel.Az reports.

It was noted in the statement that Türkiye shares the security concerns of Azerbaijan, which a large number of landmines was buried in its territories liberated from occupation.

Türkiye's Ministry of Foreign Affairs has declared that the strong support given to countries fighting landmines will continue.
