Casualties were feared as a blast rocked Afghan southern Kandahar city on Thursday, an official said, Paralel.Az reports.

The official who declined to be named confirmed that the blast that took place at around 08:00 a.m. local time next to a bank locally known as New Kabul Bank has inflicted casualties, the official asserted.
