A Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicle has attacked an oil refinery in central Russia’s Ryazan Region, causing casualties, Governor Pavel Malkov said, Paralel.Az reports citing TASS.

"A drone attack on the Ryazan oil refinery has resulted in a blaze. According to preliminary information, there have been casualties," he wrote on his Telegram channel.

Earlier, the local Unified Duty Dispatch Service (EDDS) reported a fire on the premises of an oil refinery.
