"Opening Zangazur Corridor will increase cargo transfer capability of Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway," Turkish Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Abdulkadir Uraologlu told TRT Haber, Paralel.Az's correspondent in Türkiye reports.

Minister has noted that there is an alternative of possibility of the Zangazur Corridor's passing through Iran territory either.

A. Uraloglu has also added that the Turkish side has completed construction of a 224 km railway between Nakhchivan and Kars.
