"The response to the Armenian provocation in Zangilan was of a local character," noted in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azeerbaijan response to Borrell's allegations against Azerbaijan, the Ministry released information, Paralel.Az reports.

"Azerbaijan’s response to the provocation was totally adequate and of a local character. These response measures have also prevented Armenia from further expanding its military escalation."
