"Iran stands for the strengthening of Armenia and solutions that will help obtain peace and stability in the region," Iranian Ambassador to Armenia Mehdi Sobhani said at a press conference while answering a question about Iran’s approach towards the supply of Indian weapons to Armenia, Paralel.Az reports.

As for the claims that Iran artificially delayed the transportation of Indian weapons through its territory, the ambassador did not say anything in this regard.
