The Houthis fired a rocket at a US warship yesterday, a statement from the group claims, Paralel.Az reports citing Sky News.

The group said it targeted the US warship Lewis B Puller as it sailed through the Gulf of Aden.

The Yemen-based, Iran-backed Houthis say they are targeting any and all ships they believe are linked, operated, owned, flagged or travelling to or from Israel.

There's no comment from the US navy or Central Command yet, so it's not confirmed whether there was any attack - and if there was, if there was damage caused or casualties.
