The European Union’s civilian mission operating in Armenia does not ensure the security of this country, the Spokesperson of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Maria Zakharova said during briefing, Paralel.Az reports.

According to Zakharova, deploying the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) forces on the Armenian-Azerbaijani border would have helped to ensure Armenia's security.
