4.3-magnitude earthquake shakes Kamchatka


A 4.3-magnitude earthquake was recorded off the coast of Kamchatka, Russia, according to data provided by the regional head office of the Russian Academy of Sciences to TASS news agency, Paralel.Az reports.

The quake was recorded in the waters of Avacha Bay. The tremor struck at a depth of about 67.1 kilometers with an epicenter 85 kilometers from Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky.
